Evaluation and reporting during the

program

Reporting is crucial to the success of the

toilet training program.

Every day a report will be written in the

contact notebook by the teacher, caregivers

/ parents after entering the program.

At each staff meeting, there will be a brief

discussion of the program.

Once a month, the teacher will report the

summary of data at the staff meeting: the

report will include the percentage of success
