Leaves of Life and Hope Project

Inscribe a Leaf of Life and Hope and help build a future
for Beit Issie Shapiro and its special children

About the Project

Beit Issie Shapiro's ambitious building renovation and expanison, completed in 2006, turned a modest educational campus into a fully accessible state-of-the-art facility for people with special needs.  By engraving an ornamental leaf in our "Leave of Life and Hope" mosaic at the entrance to the new building, you are helping to build the future for Beit Issie Shapiro and the people with special needs it supports.  The mosaic's splendid design conveys Beit Issie Shapiro's strong ideals of continuity, creation and renewal.  It is a work which reflects the Jewish people's everlasting desire to reach for light and hope.

Giving Opportunities

The inscription on your own "Leaf of Life and Hope" will serve as a permanent record of your support of Beit Issie Shapiro's values, continuing our message and bringing hope to the many people with special needs all over Israel.  Leaves can be dedicated in honor or memory of someone dear to you.  A gold, silver or bronze leaf will adorn the beautiful mosaic wall inscribed with the name of a special person who deeply touches your life.  Just as colorful leaves at the change of a season enhance a tree's natural beauty, so too will your contribution further the growth and blossoming of Beit Issie Shapiro.
In addition to the leaf which will be displayed on the mosaic wall, you will also receive a special keepsake to forever remind you of the life and hope that you have given to Beit Issie Shapiro's special children.
